Loved this place food is Authentic Mexican food! Definetly a must when visiting Portland again!! The cashier super sweet and helpful cook even came to my table to ask what sauce I wanted on my enchiladas red or green. I had the combination plate 1 taco and 1 enchilada with rice beans and OMG their guacamole!

We stumbled upon this place on Sunday. They have happy hour all day long. The special margarita pitcher is a good option for those who like a lot juice in their margaritas, but I found it way too sweet with the juice. It’s very well priced. They whole menu was pretty yummy. So definitely try them out but be warn portions are bigger so don’t order everything just because it’s happy hour. Don’t order the pitcher either just do individual drink orders.The service was incredible as they are attentive and the food was quite well done!

the food was delicious and the los nachos was amazing. whats with all these people saying it was terrible. the service was the best the lady was very nice. as a mexican myself i say white people should just stick to there taco bell keep in mind all the bad reviews are from white people the enchiladas and mole is supposed to be soaked in mole. this place is a 5 star rating highly recommended

Ordered a burrito which I always get and it taste amazing I also ordered the happy hour margarita platter which consists of not 1 but 3 margaritas for 13$ what a fantastic bar deal . Very happy today

I’m new to the area and want to check out the places around so I decided to give it a try. No one was in line but the waitress was chatting with the cook so I waited about three minutes before she finally took my order, after I got my food I noticed everyone around me got these sauces brought to the table but I didn’t get any. And she brought my drink after she served drinks to the people that came after me. Overall the food was ok and the service was mediocre, no extra napkins, carne asada was chewy and though not out and out rude I wouldn’t say they were friendly. I won’t be back but it wasn’t a disaster.

I ordered enchiladas with mole thinking I'm gonna get some good enchiladas and instead got a plate drowned in mole inside and out. We asked for water and didn't get it either. I won't be returning to this place. The tacos weren't bad though...

This place was amazing!! The food here was very authentic, exceeded my expectations. As a Mexican myself it is hard to find a place where food tastes just like home. The service here was excellent. The cashier/waitress was very attentive and the cooks did an amazing job with the food. Will definitely be returning again when in Portland, Oregon.

We made a catering order here for a work party a while back. The food was amazing, but they were late to fill our order. The person picking the order up almost missed the party all together. Hopefully this was an off occasion.

Such a strange experience. I took my family who was visiting from out of town to the Glison location this evening. After we ordered our food the man cooking told us that he would not cook our food because he was angry at the person working the register. He said that he and the other man that were cooking refused to cook our food because of an argument that he was having with the guy working the counter. So sad and disappointing. As I waited to try and figure out what was going on in the restaurant the cook continued to motion for me and my family to leave.We finally left and went to dinner elsewhere.

The food here is mediocre at best. I'd probably go again if a friend wanted to, but there are so many places that taste better. In addition, the service was slow enough I had begun to think they had forgotten about us behind the wall. Well, at least the horchata wasn't bad...

Poor attitudes and very unprofessional staff. I work in customer service so I try my best to be understanding, but those people are just rude for no reason. I’ve been to 3 locations and it’s the same problem at all of them. If you’re looking for mediocre Mexican food, I’d say go elsewhere.

I lived around the corner from the Broadway one, and it was my go-to for tacos and burritos for many years. This joint is by my office and is great to visit on lunch ever week. Free chips and salsa is also a huge bonus as it's probably my favorite snack of all time

I thought this was a little ridiculous to pay $14.99 for steak fajitas and we got like a 4th cup of meat the rest was bell peppers and the sauce tasted like enchilada sauce. I wasn't very impressed.

I haven't tried the food yet . First customers here and being waiting for half an hour to get our food to us. We'll see how the food taste in another half an hour.... After an additional 15 minutes of wait, my food came well presented but COLD. You would get better service from a food cart then this slow service restaurant.

We came in with a group of 7 for lunch on a weekday and were welcomed with warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa. The staff quickly and smoothly pushed together tables to accommodate our group. The restaurant was packed by 12:22 and it's easy to see why: the food is fresh and delicious, the margaritas come in a variety of tropical flavors, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the servers are attentive and kind.

Great spot!! Cha Cha Cha is always a good go to for authentic mexican food. Highly recommend. This is a perfect location right downtown. They have amazing options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for bowls, burritos, tacos, salads, they have it all. Definitely recommend checking it out. Wholesome bowl, Power Bowl and Prickly Pear Margs... yummmm
